Peter Graff are estate agents in North London. They have around 30 competitors in their area, and to the public, it is very hard to tell them apart.
Everybody has competitors, and everybody has the need to stand out. But for estate agents, there’s even more of an imperative, because the relationships tend to be one-offs – they have to start from scratch each time to attract a client.
Peter Graff were moving offices, which was a good opportunity to rebrand. We created for them a new visual identity, which we applied to their new offices, marketing materials, and most visibly, their boards.
